Kyle grew up in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, and embraced the countless opportunities Lake Winnepesaukee had to offer. He attended college at Western State in Gunnison, Colorado, and started a property management company with one of his professors in Crested Butte.

Kyle took his first employment opportunity in Charleston with Daniel Ravenel Property Management in September 2013, where his passion for construction unfolded. After achieving his property management license and working as a property manager for over a year, he transitioned to working with a Fortune 500 Builder located in Summerville.

In 2016, he aligned his passion for building with New Leaf Builders. During his time with the company, he built residential homes in Oak Terrace Preserve, The Villages on Johns Island, Bowens Island, Headquarters Island, Folly Beach, and several independent homes on James Island and West Ashley.

After achieving his contractor’s license in October of 2018, Kyle’s passion for construction expanded to the downtown and commercial space. Some of his favorite projects over the last two years have been in ION, at the Dockside Building off of Concord Street, a restaurant at the corner of East Bay and Market Street, and restoring a brick outbuilding for Dominion Energy.

Kyle met his wife Leah at the beginning of 2018, and they are looking forward to starting a family and continuing to grow in the Lowcountry.

Now the owner of his own company, Kyle is eager to expand his network and continue to build strong personal and professional relationships!
